Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 2copains. 2copains offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 2. General terms and conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. For example (but not limited to), huge orders, orders placed by minors, when the order procedures have not been completely executed or when previous orders have caused problems.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

These conditions apply to all products offered for sale on our webshop and for all deliveries. Every order implies the explicit acceptance of these sales conditions. The lack of a traditional signature does not affect the obligatory character of the offer and its acceptation.

3. Placing your order

By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these Terms of Service. We may not accept your offer at our discretion.

We shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of the unavailability of an item.

If an item is not in stock and the estimated delivery date is more than 2 weeks, we will notify you about the delayed delivery date. If this date is unacceptable to you, you can still cancel your order. All delivery dates within 2 weeks are considered acceptable.

In case of late payment by the customer or problems with previous orders, we have the right to dissolve the contract.

An order is final at the moment that a valid payment has been received through the website's payment platform (see point 5 below). After receipt of a successful payment, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email immediately. If you do not receive this mail, please check your spam folder. Otherwise you can send us a mail at info@2copains.com.

We will always confirm the order by email. As long as a confirmation email has not been received by the customer, the order is not valid.
4. Price

Before settling the bill, you are notified of the price of the goods. The price that you pay is the price that is indicated on the website on the day that your order is placed.

Our prices are mentioned in Euro, VAT included (21%) and shipping costs excluded (and if applicable, handling costs excluded) unless mentioned otherwise. Please check the shipping costs on Shipping & Returns. We are not liable for customs taxes, import taxes and other duties that may be payable after dispatching the items and we cannot inform you about these costs.

The prices are valid on the moment of publication, where after they are subject to changes without prior notice. Agreeing a price with the customer does not omit the right of us to raise the price. If a price is risen after the agreement was made, the customer can cancel the agreement, independently from the percentage of the raise.

It might be possible that the information showed on the webshop is not 100% correct or up to date. We are not bound by this kind of human errors or mistakes.

The price shown only applies to the product described by words. Associated pictures are inspirational and can show items that are not included in the shown price.
5. Payments

We only accept payments via the secured payment module on our website (Mastercard, VISA, etc.). Cash on delivery or payment by bank transfer are not possible.

If your card issuer does not authorise the payment, we will not be able to ship your order and cannot be held liable for shipping delays or non-delivery of your order.

To guarantee safe online payment and the safety of your personal data, transactions are sent over the Internet locked and secured by SSL technology. To execute payment through SSL, no extra software is needed.

When payment is not made in due time, we have got the authority to cancel the agreement immediately or to delay (further) delivery of the goods till full payment has been made.

Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered card holder will not be accepted or processed.

We stay the owner of the goods until you have paid them completely. We will only proceed with your order once we have received confirmation that it has been paid in full by you.
If you would like to receive an invoice, please send us an email at info@2copains.com after your purchase with all your relevant business contact details. 6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law of 30 December 2013 regarding book VI of the Code of Economic Law "market practices and consumer protection", the consumer has the right to inform us in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product that he or she wishes to renounce his / her purchase, with the exception of sale products & products obtained via giveaways, which can not be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened. Gift cards can never be returned. During this period we expect you to handle the goods and the package material carefully. The right to cancel the purchase is not possible when the product and the package material are no longer original, undamaged and unused.

When you want to cancel the purchase, you must inform us by email (info@2copains.com) within 14 calendar days following the day of delivery of the goods. Cancelling the purchase is not subject to any fines and a reason must not be given.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original condition and packaging at the very latest 14 days after delivery. The shipping date is the control date. If an item is damaged sent back, or there are clear marks of usage, we can either reject the return or claim compensation from the consumer that is proportional to the depreciation that the item has undergone. Any return of which the sender can not be identified will be refused.

The original packaging material must be added to the return shipment.

The costs for the return are for the account and under the responsibility of the consumer.

Under-stamped or unstamped shipments are always refused and will be sent back to the consumer.

We recommend that a courier be used when returning products in order to be able to track the parcel via a Track and Trace number. We cannot be held responsible for the repayment of goods that are lost, stolen or damaged.

A refund of the complete amount of the product(s), excluding shipping costs, will be made within 30 days after the goods have been returned (if the return has been accepted by us). If goods have not been returned in accordance with the conditions of the right to cancel, the amount of the purchase (excl. shipping costs), will not or not completely be returned. All conditions as described above must be strictly met. The product, in this case, remains your property. On your demand the goods can be sent back to you on the condition of payment of the shipping costs.
Exceptions on the conditions stated above:

When a product was made or changed especially for you, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days does not apply. Custom made products can not be returned or refunded as they were specially made for you.

Refund or exchange is not possible when a product has been worn or is damaged in any other way.

7. Delivery

We will deliver the products that are indicated on your order confirmation. The products will be delivered to the address specified by you when placing the order (as shown in your order confirmation). We can, in no way, be held responsible for errors made by the customer concerning the shipping or billing address and for eventual late deliveries or the impossibility to deliver the products ordered, due to that mistake.

You will be informed about shipping and delivery costs before your purchase is confirmed.

The processing and delivery of your order will start once we have received your payment in full via one of the accepted payment methods on our website (see point 5 above). Only shipping to Belgium is offered. If you require shipping outside Belgium, do not hesitate to contact us at info@2copains.com for a special request. Refer to Shipping & Returns for more details.

Deliveries are made exclusively through a courier service, unless previous to the agreement, another way of delivery was agreed upon (e.g., local pick up).

Once your packages has been handed over to the courier (bpost in case of Belgium), your package will be delivered within 1-3 business days, however, this delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email prior delivery containing tracking information.

Title to and risk of loss concerning your products, will pass to you on delivery of the products to the address stated in your order confirmation. Further, we are not liable for delivery delays or packages getting lost by the courier service.

We are not responsible for packages that have not been received or collected. These packages will be returned to us. In this case, we are not responsible for the extra shipping and packaging costs.

When a product is in stock, it shall be delivered to your delivery address within 3 to 5 business days. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding, especially during holiday periods.

When a product is not in stock, we need to back-order it, which may take up to 2 weeks depending on the available supply. If the expected delivery date is more than 2 weeks, we will notify you about this delayed delivery. If the delivery date of more than 2 weeks is not acceptable to you, you can always cancel your order or we can cancel it for you and you will immediately receive a full refund (incl. any shipping costs).

If you shop multiple items (stock & back-order), we will ship your full order when all items have been processed at our side. If you wish to receive the first part of your order sooner, please contact us at info@2copains.com to arrange additional shipping.

Deliveries are scheduled during office hours from Monday until Friday (except on holidays).

We cannot be held responsible for consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service that we use.

If during transport goods are damaged or do not match with the items you ordered, you must report this as soon as possible and certainly within 3 calendar days after delivery. Non-conforming articles must be returned to us within 14 calendar days after receipt. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@2copains.com.
8. Guarantee

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We are not liable for technical data given by the producer or delivery company.

The consumer will be refunded for the products, if they, with valid proof, are not to be considered in accordance with the normal standards of the product or if they show a hidden defect. Complaints can be sent by mail to info@2copains.com.

Since we design all patterns ourselves and also perform the embroidery ourselves, we allow up to three (3) minor defects that only a trained eye can notice immediately from a distance of 1 meter. After each embroidery, we perform a thorough quality check and we guarantee that we only ship products that have passed our quality check. Contact us at info@2copains.com for any quality complaints.

When a clear, manifest fault is found it must be reported to us within 7 business days after delivery by mail to info@2copains.com.
9. Force majeure

In case of "force majeure", we are not obliged to fulfill our obligations. In that case we can suspend our obligations while the force majeure lasts or we can definitively dissolve the arrangement.

Force majeure is every circumstance beyond our control that prevents the fulfillment of our obligations, either partially or entirely. Force majeure can be seen as (including but not limited to): strikes, fire, business interruptions, energy interruptions, interruptions in (telecommunication-) network or connection or used communication systems and/or the malfunction of our website, late or non-delivery of the suppliers or other engaged third parties.
10. User comments, feedback and other submissions

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

It is forbidden to make use of and/or change the intellectual property rights as subscribed in this article. For instance drawings, photos, names, texts, logo's, colour combinations, etc. cannot be copied nor reproduced without prior and explicit written permission.
12. Settlement of complaints

Complaints and disputes must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery by email to info@2copains.com. If a complaint is accepted, our liability is limited to exchanging the goods. The liability of the seller is limited to the amount paid for every order.

We will do everything in our power to treat your complaint within 7 business days.
13. Disagreements governing law and jurisdiction

We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, then you have to do it in Belgium.

Exclusively Belgian Law applies on all offers and agreements, without giving effect to any principles of law.
