Since we do all embroidery ourselves, it typically takes up to 2 weeks to process your order, but we do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If it will take longer than 2 weeks to process your order, e.g., due to supply constraints, we will notify you about this delay. If the proposed delay is unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order.

Once your order has shipped, you'll be able to track and trace the order. You will receive all tracking information via email.

If you require shipping outside Belgium, do not hesitate to contact us at info@2copains.com. Note that on top of shipping costs, some countries charge customs taxes, import taxes and other duties. We will not pay for these extra charges and cannot inform you about these costs.

Local pick up (free of charge) is available on a mutually agreed upon time and date. Pick up address: Volhardingstraat 25, 2020 Antwerpen, Belgium.
2. Gift cards

Gift cards are sent digitally to the e-mail address you provide.

If you want, we can send a pretty physical gift card. Contact us at info@2copains.com for more information. Shipping costs apply as indicated in point 1 above, i.e., free shipping will apply to your order when the total order amount is 120€ or more.

3. Wrong address?

In case you entered the wrong address at checkout and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at info@2copains.com and we will correct the shipping address for free.

In case you entered the wrong address at checkout and the order has already been shipped to that address, the customer will have to cover the additional cost of shipment to the correct address. If the initial order with the wrong address has not returned and the customer wishes to receive the order at the correct address, the entire order has to be placed and paid again by the customer.
